Beacon Property Management was formed in 2004 by husband & wife partnership Jim & Dee Griffiths as a locally based property management and lettings service for West Cork, in response to the lack of such a service when they needed it. Insight Multimedia’s Design and Development team specialise in this kind of hospitality marketing project.

Insight developed a property management system to allow the Beacon Properties in-house team to easily add, update, remove properties depending on their availability. An easy-to-use backend system was developed to allow the team to update amenities per property quickly and efficiently. They can set featured properties at the click of a button, by selecting individual properties that owners want to promote and feature on the front homepage of the website. The website allows users to view each property individually, with a gallery of pictures for reference. Each individual property page provides detailed information outlining the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and how many people the holiday home can facilitate as guests. Visitors to the website can make direct booking enquiry on each rental property via an easy to use ‘call to action’ online booking form. The layout and imagery used throughout the website lets users view the full range of beautiful rental properties in the West Cork Region and highlights the fabulous picturesque scenery around the West Cork area.
