Insight is 100% operational during the COVID-19 emergency.
We understand the importance of the online side of your business and your digital communication during this difficult period. We know that you depend on your web and digital services agency providing you with reliable and uninterrupted service during these challenging times.
We would like to outline some of the procedures we have implemented to ensure that we are 100% operational.
Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we will continue to deliver the same level of service excellence to our customers. We have implemented the following measures to ensure that we continue to be available to advise and assist you.
Following the government recommendations, our physical offices in Cork and Dublin are closed as of the 17th of March 2020. However, all staff are working remotely. It is business as usual with the exception that we are not working together in the same office space.
Due to the nature of our normal day to day business activities and that fact that we have always had team members working in different locations calibrating remotely on projects, it is practically ‘business as usual’. Working remotely, is actually normal day to day practice for many of our team members. Our aim is to continue to support customers (new and existing) without any disruption or change in our efficiency. We will continue to be available to work with you and deliver on your projects, regardless of our physical work locations.
We maintain our full support services and have also introduced a new live support voice and video chat facility on our website. If you wish, you can speak with one of our team directly on our website. Simply click on the live chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of our website. For new project and ongoing project meetings with clients, we are using Zoom (https://zoom.us) for face to face meetings.
Our support email address [email protected] is monitored by multiple team members. If needed, we will call you back to address your particular support issue. All of our team members are contactable directly on their individual email addresses while working remotely.
