Here at insight, we offer three different website maintenance options to our customers.

• Pay as you go: You can call our office and book a suitable time for your changes to be carried out. You will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
• On-going maintenance contract: You can sign up to one of our yearly maintenance plans and you will receive a studio time allowance.
• Content Management System: You will be given the opportunity to take a training class where you will learn how to make standard administration updates yourself. For example you will receive training on, simple page edits, create new blog posts, create new products etc.

Please note – We offer standard website administration CMS training to our clients to allow them to make general edits and changes to their web page content and products. We do not offer advanced web development training to our clients. Advanced development training is only open to experienced web developers and is offered under different services and training courses that we offer.
